KORE will be applying updates to our AMS (Asset Management System) application on 8-14-2023 at 5:00 AM.

These updates will provide enhanced security and a better experience when using AMS.

New AMS with Security and User Experience Update

• A different URL must be used to access the updated AMS application.
• URL - https://ams.korewireless.com

Keycloak Registration

• This is a third-party service integrated with our AMS application to create a more secure layer of protection to the user.
• Registration instructions and details can be found in the attached document.
• The registration process is like other applications where you would click register and follow the guided steps provided by the service.
• The email provided to Keycloak must be real in the sense that it can send and receive emails. This email should be the same email used in our KORE systems.
• Please contact support at [email protected] to find your email that is used normally when communicating with KORE if you do not know it or to update it.

User Guide

• Download user guide, please refer to it for instructions on how to register with Keycloak for the first time.
• Additionally, the document has details on any workflow changes to the AMS sections you know from the previous AMS version.
